Revoke a connection

Revokes access at the provider (best effort), wipes the stored tokens and forgets the event links made through it (the events stay on the calendar). The connection stays readable with status revoked. If it was the user's default, their oldest other active connection becomes the default. Revoking an already revoked connection is a success.
